On March 9th at approximately 8:37 a.m., PA State Police New Castle was dispatched to a Dollar General, on State Road, Wampum Borough, for a welfare check. According to the police report, during a verbal argument, Keith Chaplain, 46, of Ellwood City, shoved a 46-year-old female victim multiple times. On March 11th at approximately 6:22 p.m., and at a residence on Harmony Fisher Avenue, Franklin Township, a reported Physical Harrassment took place. Upon arrival, it was reported that a 18-year-old female victim from Ellwood City was asked to give sexual favors and offered currency. and at a residence on Oswald Street, Wayne Township, the PA State Police received a report of indecent assault. On March 12th between the hours of 2:00 a.m. Shortly after, a traffic stop was initiated where upon investigation, Nunnery was discovered to be in possession of small amounts of marijuana and two glass smoking devices. According to a police report, and at approximately 10:10 a.m., police were conducting routine patrol near the intersection of Lawrence Avenue and Fourth Street when they observed a black Honda driving north with no inspection sticker on the windshield.
